We at Reddmerge want to say thank you for supporting our brand. Please read our product, shipping and handling guidelines that govern the Reddmerge Accessories Boutique.

Product Availability
Please understand that we do our best to keep product availability on the site. Unfortunately, there are times that we do sell out and the return of the product is not guaranteed. For the products that may possibly be on back order we cannot guarantee the time of arrival so please patiently allow up to 4-6 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you if there is a back order of any requested item. If we do not have an item after your purchase we will also notify you via email. Reddmerge Accessories is also sold exclusively at boutiques around the country.

Status of Order
Once a purchase has been made an email will be sent to you within 24 hours to let you know when product will be shipped.

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days, which will be shipped via USPS. But please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Standard domestic fees will be $3.50. Any international sales, shipping fees will be determined on the postal service due to frequent rate changes.

Reddmerge Accessories is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise.

Return Policy

You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from sales@reddmerge.com before returning the merchandise. If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty 14 DAYS), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.

Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
• Your full name, order # and the date the order was placed and received
• A list of the our product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
• The reason for the return of the products

Must be in original packaging (with box)
Must be in good condition
All products are unworn and unused
No scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item
Lost or stolen parts

Damage due to personal use of negligence 
The original box and the products must not have been damaged in any way. We will not accept or return of any items with any indications that it has been worn or used.
Please note:   For items of exchanged and return item, the customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs.
Merchandise can only be Exchanged for there will be NO RETURNS. For health and safety purposes all earrings are a Final Sale. Body chains and Body Accessories are also a Final Sale. Necklaces and bracelets can be exchanged within 14 DAYS of delivery. For any reason of exchange please securely repackage item and Complete the order label that was shipped with your merchandise.
